This information is not accurate. Let me try to explain why briefly. There's a portion of the long bones known as the growth plate. It is responsible for adding length to your bones as you grow up and mature. This growth plate is made up of cartilage that grows harder into bone with the aging process, under the influence of hormones, including the growth hormone. By the time you reach the age of 18-20 years, this growth plate is expected to have completed ossified (turned into bone) and closes, such that no further gain in bone length is possible. Therefore, Giving growth hormone at this age is not indicated because it will not produce an increase in body height. If anything, the growth hormone will lead to gain in muscle mass.
