Should wisdom teeth be removed in all cases? The 4 of them are in their right place. How do I know if I should remove them?

Hello,
Wisdom teeth should NOT be removed unless they are decayed, fractured or they are in a wrong position. During your regular dental check up, your dentist can tell you if they have to be extracted or not.
Have a nice day

The problem with wisdom teeth is that even if they are in the right place, they are far in the mouth and are in most of the cases difficult to clean using toothbrush, that will lead them to get decay and infection later on...
if your dentist informed you that your wisdom teeth are decayed, that means that you are experiencing problems cleaning them, then better to remove them now, the younger you are the easier the removal is...
if they are fine so use them as any other tooth of your mouth.
