Salut, je suis obese(100kg) j'ai deja au paravant mis et enlever l'anneau ( il a dechire mon estomac) puis je mettre le ballon? Peut il etre mis a plusieurs reprises? Puis je tomber enceinte?
le poids 100kg est important mais il faut avoir la taille pour calculer l'IMC ou BMI= poids/(taille)(taille) donc la prise en charge depend de l'IMC et des comorbidites ( diabete, hypertension arterielle....).
vous avez eu un anneau qui a ete enleve pour migration, mais depuis quand?
vous pouvez mettre un ballon BIB mais la reussite est faible 45%+-23% de perte de l'exces du poids, il faut l'enlever apres 6 mois avec possibilite de remettre un autre pour 6 mois.
vous pouvez avoir une sleeve gastrectomy mais le risque de fuite est eleve, vous pouvez avoir une plicature gastrique ou un bypass gastrique. Donc en resume il y a des options pour la perte de poids.
pour tomber enceinte il faut attendre 12 a 18 mois apres une chirurgie bariatrique ( periode de stabilisation de la perte de poids)
