Olive oil is considered good for lowering cholesterol. Is it true that olive fruits (the seeds) are bad for cholesterol?

Actually olive fruits, avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and canola oil are good sources of healthy fats that raise HDL(Good cholesterol ) while lowering LDL(Bad cholesterol)
and thus eating olive or consuming will lower your cholesterol and protect against heart disease.
