My son has the chicken pox, what should I do to treat his condition? And should I vaccinate my other son?
May 26, 2015

Dr. Dina Helou Pediatrics
Usually the vaccine can be given starting the age of 12m, but when there is a risk of contagion, it is protective only if given within 72hours of the contamination.
So depending on your other son 's age and the delay since the first one has developed signs of the disease, you can decide with your pediatrician if it is still useful to get him vaccinated.
