You can try switching to an anti constipation milk formula (the same brand you're using but the one especially for constipated babies). Also since you're breastfeeding, make sure you are not suffering from constipation yourself - drink plenty of water and follow a high fiber diet. Regarding excess gas, I have already addressed this issue in a previous answer here on eTobb, kindly revise it.
