he should stop the hubble bubble, because every hubble bubble is equivalent to 30 cigarettes. and on the long run he will increase the risk of developing cancer (lungs, bladder....) and increased risk of cardiovacular diseases such as stroke, heart attack.
he should have some lifestyle modifications such as better sleep hygiene, and better healthy diet.
