My husband has only one Testicle and the other was hanging out and it disappear when dr. make to him surgery to discover its place now dr. said that my husband has problem in Sperm duct

First the undescended testicle must be located and dealt with surgically acoording the surgeon judgement during the procedure because if left may be of serious consequences. Then if there is spermatic duct problem for the healthy remaining testicle I quite agree with my colleague opinion that sperms can be aspirated directly for purpose of I V F procedure if not amenable for microscopic reconstruction.
