My hands sweat a lot what should I do?
Jul 13, 2015

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
Sweaty palms is the common term for palmar hyperhidrosis, a form of localized excessive sweating whereby the sweat glans in the palms of the hands overproduce sweat.
Two practical solutions would be the use of talcum-based powder, and/or applying antiperspirant deodorants that contain 10–25% aluminium salts to reduce sweating.

The use of botox has proven its efficiency on treating palmar hyperhidrosis. The drawback is that it only last between 6 and 8 months
