My day spans over 18hrs, but i always Start shutting down during the afternoon.. Should i take vitamins to boost my energy and focus or is there another way to improve myself?

Unless you have an actual vitamin deficiency, taking multivitamins is not going to help you boost your physical and mental energy levels. If anything, you may experience some placebo effect. I suggest you regulate your diet, drink plenty of water, and exercise.
