Baby at this time will not need the same amount of milk as before ,because already he is taking solid foods and depending on what she is eating .this fussiness may be just a resist to continue or a sign of fullness .listen to your baby cues and don't force her to do .It seems that half a bottle now is enough for her and she is satisfied with it .
Once your baby is fully established on solids, she’ll need about 600ml of formula every day alongside a varied diet. However, all babies are different. Try not to worry if she doesn’t want this amount of milk, you can always give her milky foods such as custard, rice pudding, and yoghurt.
