My appetite has significantly decreased because of sad emotions and losing weight makes makes it worse. How can I regulate my appetite back to normal ?

Is your sad mood affecting yyour performance, concentration and sleep? If yes maybe you should start dealing with that.
Anyway to recover your norma appetite, go slowly by adding small quantities in your meals, making sure you have 3 meals every day. You can also have 2 small snacks with healthy food ( dairy product, a fruit...)
