Difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) is usually due to a problem in the esophagus (el maree2), secondary to acid reflux, or to trouble in the esophagus muscle contractions (which could be a manifestation of other diseases). But this is not usually accompanied by bloating (nafkha). As I have mentioned in my previous reply, your condition needs a more thorough investigation by scope (nadour) to know what's happening in there.
