I've been experiencing headaches for over 4 days now. They start as soon as I wake up and they stay almost all day even with pain killers.Any advice?

This could be tension headache. Tension headaches are the most common type of headaches. They usually result from a spasm of the muscles of the neck and scalp. This spasm is usually associated with stress (emotional and/or physical), poor body posture, poor sleep position, and cold weather (including direct exposure to air conditioning). Regular pain killers alone are not enough to relieve tension headaches, you need a muscle relaxant as well. Adequate sleep using a proper pillow is also recommended to ensure proper alignment between your neck and back so that the spine and muscles will not get kinked. Also make sure you do not unconsciously bend your back while working on the computer - remind yourself to straighten up every few minutes.
