It is very difficult to conclusively determine the cause of periumbilical (around the navel/belly button) pain as this is a very non specific symptom which could emanate from more than one organ, including the stomach, small intestines, large intestines, and bladder. I urge you to have your doctor examine you in order to proceed with whatever management is needed.
