Is working out 6 days a week healthy for weight loss?

There is no simple answer for your question!

In general, it is advised to work out at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes aday for a healthy life style.

As for body building,the type and strength of the workout, as well as nutrients intake (proteins mainly for muscle build up), all play a role in achieving one's goal.

As for weight loss, cardio workout, jugging and swimming are excellent choices, as you aim to burn your body fat. But make sure that this is combined by a healthy diet, that includes all types of food without excess.

In short, the equation is easy; if your food intake in kcal is higher than your daily expenditure, you are going to gain weight, if the expenditure is higher, you will loose weight.

I recommend you consult a nutritionist, who can guide you to the perfect plan for you, taking into account all the factors mentioned above.
