there are many anesthetic creams that could be applied on skin before 30 min of a pain procedure but it must be after doctor prescription and in its reason ,it may make certain allergic reaction on the skin in some people and knowing that tatto itself cause allergic reaction and may cause infection (it is a wound in it ink: risk for infection and allergy )so there will be more risk of allergies
