Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
It may cause serious side effects especially that your hair is thin ,i don't advise you to.
some side effects are blinding headaches, to patchy hair loss and sometimes permanent damage

If they're attached too tightly, or weigh too much, problems can develop more quickly.

The combination of weight and tension places strain on the wearer’s hair follicles, which are stretched to a point that the hair simply falls out. Known as Traction Alopecia, this can cause permanent damage to hair follicles and prevent hair regrowth.

the Glue would be bad why when taking the extension out the glue can pull out your hair n if you don't be care full taking it out u have bald spot from were the glue took your hair out. micro ring will be more safe
if it is for one time ,then the effect will be mild symptoms and temporarily but if you want to put it all the time the effects will be severe on the long term use .

They are safe as long as you apply them and maintain them properly.
First, your hair and scalp must be given some rest from brushing and dyeing for some time.
Apply the extensions to clean scalp and hair. If you have dandruff, treat it first then apply the extensions
Clean thoroughly but gently and make sure you separate your true hair from the extensions while washing as much as possible.
Don't wear them too tight: this will pull out your natural hair and precipitate tension headaches
Don't keep them for longer than 6 months because your natural hair will need to be cleaned thoroughly.
Carefully remove them - there's glue material that could pull off your own hair.
Note of there's any itching or redness in your scalp - could be an allergic reaction. If this occurs then you need to remove them promptly.
