Is it possible that both parents have O as a blood type and their child has A as a blood type ? someone told me that its possible when a genetic mutation in alleles occurs, what u say drs ? pls help

Up to my knowledge no
When parents are both O, children are imperatively O
One should check also if there is error in the determination of the blood type, for ex if one of the parents is A and he/ she thinks it is O
