Fruits are a very good source of vitamins, fibres and good sugar. Eating them on a daily basis is essential in a balanced diet. But fruits contain a good amount of carbohydrates and having them in large quantities will increase your calorie intake. So if the plan is to loose weight fruits must be ingested in controlled amounts.
Juices are full of vitamins but hey lack some essential components present in the fruit plus you need more fruits to get a juice than eating a fruit alone.sso on the calorie and balanced diet basis, eating fruits is better than their juice.
