Fruit cocktail served in shops has a very high content of sugar, especially that the juice portion is nothing but a syrup, which is heavily sweetened. Consuming such a cocktail on a daily basis is definitely not a healthy practice. Instead, you ought to prepare fruit cocktail at home from fresh fruits and fresh juice without the extra sugar; remember though that even if you prepare the cocktail at home you shouldn't consume a large amount - a small cup is enough.
