1- the sugar: if you take an amount of apple juice that is equivalent to 120 Cal, and an amount of apples also equivalent to 120 Cal, you'll find that this amount of juice contains 30 gramst of sugar while the amount of apples contains 24 grams of sugar. So imagine with larger amounts, daily. And remember that to make one glass of apple juice, you need 3-4 apples. Do the math!
2- The fruit skin: you'll be missing out on cancer-fighting flavanoids which are concentrated in the peels of grapes.
3- The fruit pulp: rich in fibers - which act together with the flavanoids. If you drink a glass of apple juice you'd be missing out on 12-15 grams of fibers!
I'm not saying that you should completely avoid fresh juice, but try to focus more on eating whole fresh fruits.

Adequate fluid intake is especially important during pregnancy. You can obtain the fluid of your body needs from a variety of sources, but it is wise to choose beverages that provide your body with nutrients that are necessary for your health and your growing baby's. A moderate amount of the right kind of juice can contribute extra vitamins and minerals to your pregnancy diet
To be aware of weight gains try :
>No matter what flavor of juice you choose to enjoy, make sure it is 100-percent juice. Juice cocktails and flavored juice drinks contain a lot of added sugars that contribute unnecessary calories, with no nutritional value. Drinking these sugary beverages can contribute to unnecessary weight gain in pregnancy. Some of these juice drinks may look healthy, but check the label before purchasing a juice product so that you know exactly what you are getting.
>Pregnant women should avoid juices that have not been pasteurized,so pay attention to this
A glass of Grapes juice contains about 152 calories ,96 % of the total caloric ratio in grape juice comes from carbs (sugars )
The good>> This food is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Manganese.
The bad>>> A large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
>Keep in mind that it's also beneficial to eat whole grapes , not just grape juice. Some research suggests that whole grapes deliver the same amount of antioxidants that are in grape juice but have the added benefit of providing dietary fiber.
MY ADVICE is to eat some grape fruits instead of grape juice which need more grapes to fill a cup of juice with sugar mainly calories .
As for apple juice ,a cup contains around 117 calories
GOOD POINTS
-Very low in saturated fat
-No cholesterol
-Very low in sodium
-Very high in vitamin C
BAD POINTS>>>Very high in sugar
same advice .
SOME SUGGESTIONS :
Orange juice, prune juice or grapefruit juice may be some of your best options to enjoy while you are pregnant. Orange juice is a good source of vitamin C, potassium and folate, and some brands are even fortified with calcium. Prune juice provides iron, which is an important nutrient in pregnancy, and dietary fiber, which may help relieve constipation. Grapefruit juice is relatively low in calories compared to other fruit juices and contains potassium, vitamin C, beta-carotene and antioxidants.
As a result and advice ,while juice can certainly be a healthy part of your pregnancy diet and may even help you get the nutrients your body needs, you don't want to overdo it.
Most fruit juices contain more than 100 calories per 8 ounces, which can add up quickly. Whole fruit gives you vitamins and minerals, and has less sugar and more fiber than juice.
If you have gestational diabetes, it is especially important to drink juice in moderation because of its carbohydrate content that can significantly affect blood sugar levels.
