Is drinking an excessive amount of milk daily healthy? i workout at the gym, and i see fit to drinking milk rather than protein shakes which provides mutual amounts of protein.

Drinking milk is better than protein shakes but you should watch out for the caloric intake in order not to gain weight. The difference is that in milk you have also fat and sugar as well as proteins which makes it healthier because it is balanced but it lets you gain more calories.
