IPL and laser can both decrease the facial redness in case it is rosacea. However not all redness of the face is due to rosacea. Moreover there is a high risk of recurrence of the redness following treatment even in rosacea cases. If you do the session you will notice some improvement for few weeks but thereafter you will have a recurrence of the redness. A certain percentage of maintained improvement can be noticed in some cases but depending on the case. Usually we do such treatments for people who have redness as well as pimples because it can decrease the last ones.
