Im waking up with an extreme pain on my sides mainly near my belly button area. So i am forced to sleep on my back. I dont drink water a lot. Cld this be the cause?
So let me see if I understood this correctly: the pain occurs ONLY upon waking up in the morning? And does it radiate down your legs or is it restricted to your flanks? Have you had any previous episodes of renal colics or had stones/sludge in your kidneys?
