I'm having some pain/ pulsations on my right side ( I think it's my right kidney ) what could that be ? It's like something is poking me from inside out! No urinary problems so far, just this pain !

Pain that comes from the right side can be caused by any of the following, depending on its exact location, where it radiates to, its nature (dull, sharp, colicky etc), onset (acute vs. chronic), frequency (continuous vs. intermittent), and associated symptoms.
1- a very common cause is a Musculoskeletal pain (muscle spasm or cramp; here the pain is localized and is associated with tenderness - it hurtswwhen you press the area), especially with exposure to extremes of temperature (moving from the hot weather outside to the air conditionined indoors), or improper seating for long hours (compresses the nerve roots thus the pain; here the pain radiates to the thigh)
2- liver/gall bladder: pain is usually dull, located to the right upper side, you also feel nauseated, could be pale, have other gastrointestinal symptoms like diarrhea (I doubt this is your case)
3- pneumonia: can cause pain if the right lung is affected. Of course you'd have cough and fever
4- kidney: pain is very sharp, you can almost find no comfort in any sitting or lying position. You'd have nausea and usually urinary symptoms (burning, blood if there's a large stone...)
5- appendix: if infected/inflamed, the pain usually starts around the umbilicus then localizes to the right lower side. Nausea and vomiting are usually experienced along with fever. Usually this is acute sharp pain and you cannot bear that someone touches your abdomen.
From your description it sounds more like number 1 but I urge you to get examined by a physician to elicit the exact cause.
