Im a pescitarian its been 4 years, im starting to feel side effects from the lack of protein intake. What cn replace this deficiency other than meat?

Beans, peas, lentils, broccoli, and kale are among the vegetables that contain plenty of proteins. You should also consume eggs, mainly egg whites which are made up of pure proteins. Milk and dairy products are a good source of proteins as well. Make sure your intake of fish is no less than twice a week.
