You have to stop smoking first and start this program which will help you lose calories and shape your body by losing your tummy. But you have to start progressively the program since to my knowledge it's a max interval training (3 mins exercises and 30 secs break), which you would have a hard time doing considering that you're a smoker and it may affect your respiration, so do it progressively it might take more time than the 60 days that is suggested by the program.
