I'm 19yo,168cm tall,during last year i gained progressively some cm by stretching exercises..I hope to gain few cm before reaching 21..:/ I read that Niacin could help,to release GH,what do you think?

dear sir , at the age of 19 the chance of " gaining some cm " is next to nill , since the growth plates on your long bones should be completely fused . the cm you claim to have gained could be secondary to a corruction of a spine posture nothing more . GH whether vitamin B3 ( niacin ) induced or not , cannot act on a mature skeleton ... so the only means of you to gain some height is for you to be previously diagnosed with delayed bone age . ( there are special x rays to be done for that ! )
