If I eat a meal on 15:00 pm, when does THAT meal goes out from my body as wastes?

Once a meal enters your stomach, hydrochloric acid (HCl) is secreted and transforms it into a paste-like consistency. 30 minutes later, the food sludge is dumped gradually into the small intestine, which immediately absorbs the nutrients into the bloodstream. On average, it should take around 6-8 hours for food to pass through your stomach and small intestine. The leftovers (unabsorbed materials) move into the colon, where any remaining liquid is absorbed, and they solidify into feces that are eliminated. This waste takes between 48-72 hours to travel down and out your colon, depending on how much fiber your waste contains, knowing that fibers usually hasten and facilitate the process of waste elimination.

Digestion time varies between individuals and between men and women. After you eat, it takes about six to eight hours for food to pass through your stomach and small intestine. Food then enters your large intestine (colon) for further digestion, absorption of water and, finally, elimination of undigested food.
Knowing that the stomach, a fist-size bag of muscle; 20 feet of small intestine; and 6 feet of large intestine food will pass through all this system ,then :
once a steak hits your stomach, roughly 3 liters of hydrochloric acid begin to turn it into paste. About 30 minutes later, the food sludge travels to the small intestine, which immediately absorbs the nutrients and sends them to your bloodstream. The leftovers move into the colon, where any remaining liquid is sucked out, and they solidify into feces. This detritus takes from 1 to 4 days to snake its way through your colon and into your sewer system, depending on how much fiber your waste contains
IN AVERAGE ,total transit time, from eating to elimination in stool, averaged 53 hours, knowing that the average transit time through just the large intestine (colon) was 40 hours, with significant difference between men and women: 33 hours for men, 47 hours for women.
Fiber is a component of all plant-based foods, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. You don't digest fiber, so it acts like a Brillo pad for the intestines, scrubbing out bad cholesterol and soaking up water so that waste can glide through.for that any one is advised to increase his fiber intake .
