Iam in my first week of my 9 mnths, my baby weighs 3300 g , is it too much? and if i completed the whole 9 for delivery so would he exceed 4 kg? Does that make the delivery operation difficult?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
The fetal weight of 3300 grams at 36 weeks of gestation (early in the 9th month of pregnancy) is on the 90th percentile for weight for a female fetus, and on the 80th percentile  for weight for a male fetus. Your baby may be born a bit big, but this is not an absolute indication for delivery by cesarean section. In any case, you need to be aware of the fact that this remains to be an estimated fetal weight (EFW - not a 100% exact value), and the gestational age (how many months of pregnancy) is calculated based upon an estimated date of the last menstrual period (LMP), so these are not very accurate numbers with possibility of variation of 10-20% of the actual birth weight.
