I will deliver my baby in 2 weeks and i want to breastfeed but i want to loose weight too so what should i eat and not eat in order to maintain milk and still loose weight plus when should i exercise?

Hi. You should eat healthy, with a low-fat diet as well as low on carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice, potato, sugar) . Have a diet diet rich in vegetables and proteins (white meat, fish, poultry). Drink a lot of liquid (water, tea, infusions, juices (not excessively, the fruits are rich in sugar), etc) to help with the breastfeeding and maintaining the milk.
You can go back to exercise a month after your delivery.
