I vomit most of the food that I eat, especially if I drink tea with food or any of the other drinks, what reason? Is it dangerous patients?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
This could be acid reflux from the stomach (gastro-esophageal reflux disease or GERD), and by drinking fluids along with meals you may be imposing mechanical stress on the stomach which renders the condition worse and you end up with recurrent vomiting. The lower esophageal sphincter, which is a ring-like structure made of muscles that contract during digestion (in the stomach) in order to prevent the food content of the stomach from going upwards into the esophagus. If this structure is wide, loose, or not contracting properly, GERD results. The diagnosis of GERD is based upon clinical symptoms and a special study whereby the patient is asked to swallow a dye (contrast material- the procedure is called barium swallow) in order to document with a series of x-ray images any return of this contrast material from the stomach into the esophagus and how much.
You need to be assessed by a specialist (gastroenterologist) on this matter.
