I used to hurt when I urinated,and it felt like I had to more but it wouldn't come.It has reduced now after I drank water a lot & cranberry juice.But my lower left abdomen hurts, is it related?
From the details you gave us there are two possibilities. Either this is an infection of the urinary tract or renal colic.
Either way you should do a urine analysis and you should be examined by a physician. In addition to that an ultrasound may be needed.
