I use propqnolol 10 mg everytime I have exam period to relieve stress. is it okay? My friends use it too without prescription nvcardine it works for me
As I have mentioned in my previous reply, beta blockers (propranolol being one of this class of drugs) have not been proven effective in cases of anxiety and stress. In fact, some of the side effects include depression. I therefore do not recommend the use of propranolol or other beta blockers for the decrease of anxiety. Healthier practices, such as good time management skill, aadequate sleep, a balanced diet, and exercise are your best bet.
