I took roaccutane acne treatment 2 yrs ago,but the back pain it caused remained until now.my dr gave me antiinflammatory for 1 month,but the discomfort remained.what could it be?
This is very unusual, usually this side effect caused by Roaccutane resolves after stopping the drug. It is preferable that you check if there are other causes that can explain this back pain by consulting a rhumatologist or at least an orthopedic specialist.
