I think I have an intolerance to gluten and I don't know what kind of food I should be eating. What do you suggest?.

Dr. Jihad Irani Family Medicine
This diagnosis should be confirmed by appropriate testing (blood test, sometimes after doing a scope). Once confirmed (or highly suspected), there is a special diet that needs to be followed, and I advise working with a nutritionist on that. There are different items in the supermarket "gluten free" and special bread as well. But, since gluten is present in many food item, I recommend having a diet specialist working with you. And again, you need to be tested for this disease.
