I suffered from pain in the upper part of my leg, inside the right part of the butt. The next day it was gone, any explanation?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
This may be sacroiliitis, an inflammation of one or both of your sacroiliac joints, which are the places where your lower spine and pelvis connect. The classical symptoms of sacroiliitis include:
  • Pain, usually in the low back area, leg pain (may be in the front of the thigh), hip pain, and/or buttock pain
  • Pain that gets worse when sitting down for a prolonged period of time, and also worse when rolling over in bed
  • Stiffness felt in the hips and low back, especially upon getting out of bed in the morning or after sitting still for a prolonged period.
Of course this is just a speculation based on the pattern of pain you have described. A proper examination by a physician in the clinic is still necessary to make the correct diagnosis and manage accordingly.
