I start feeling lower back pain from the right especially if i walk i feel it heating ,i took anti-inflammation and i used ice,what could be the reason ?what's your advise? thanks.
Low back pain can be due to several causes. If it limited to the back without radiation to the legs we call it mechanical back pain and the result is back muscle contraction. Overweight, lack of sports activities and inappropriate sitting for long time are the most common causes. Of course , you should make sure you don't have any problem in urination because it might be sometimes due to kidney stone. Loosing weight if overweight, sports activities mostly swimming and consulting a back specialist for a conventional treatment are what you need.
