I recently bent my right knee the opposite way about 4 months ago, recently while walking i get pain and feel like its getting out of position and weak. What should i do?
I agree with Dr Tadros, you need to have your knee examined first and then your physician may request an MRI to make sure what are the lesions on the ligaments, menisci....
