I masturbate around 12 times a week.. any treatment ?

Masturbation in itself is safe if moderately done
There is no number to say how many times are safe ,it depends on every one's body and medical conditions and age .

If masturbation gets in the way of your normal daily activities, then this may be a sign you are doing it too much.

Clear signs of unhealthy masturbation frequency: If you are developing any kind of skin lesion, redness, bumps, scaliness, or any type of skin condition, then you are definitely doing it too much

Frequent or rough masturbation can cause minor skin irritation. Forcefully doing can rupture the chambers that fill with blood

if you masturbate many times a day and have a healthy, satisfying life, good for you. But if you masturbate many times a day and you're missing work or giving up on sex with your partner because of it, you can consider seeing a sex therapist.

and you can follow these rules :

>The first step in getting over an addicting behavior is to stop feeling guilty for indulging. If you are dwelling on your bad behavior, it only makes it more tempting to continue.

>Remove anything that increases your temptation to participate in masturbation.
>Fill up your social schedule.
>Join in activities and find new ones.

>Alter your diet - Increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables can make you feel more alert and give you the energy you need to take part in other activities. .

>remember you are not going to be able to stop masturbating overnight. It is perfectly understandable if you have a relapse or struggle with letting go of your habit.

>do lots of workout and put your energy in exercises so that you will have no energy and get tired to sleep ,sleep early work hard fill your time this is the key

>Find someone trust worthy. Sometimes you might need help to completely stop masturbating. Find someone you can trust such as a religious leader or counselor so you can talk through your urges and find a set of tools that can help you stop.

>there are some food that increase the sexual activity you can decrease them but of course stay healthy

Remember in itself masturbation is not dangerous but dealing with it that it affect your routine life is the bad side ,if it is masturbation or it is sexual intercourse .
