Have you been seen by a physician? This lack of energy despite adequate hours of sleep could have an organic cause, such as iron deficiency anemia, or hypothyroidism (poor thyroid gland function), or obstructive sleep apnea (this occurs in people who suffer from allergic rhinitis and get frequent nose blockage especially during sleep, or if they have enlarged adenoids, so their breathing gets interrupted for a few seconds, with a parallel drop in the flow of blood to the brain, so the brain does not receive enough oxygen). These possibilities must be looked into because they lead to poor-quality sleep.
