Several factors contribute to poor posture-most commonly, stress, obesity, pregnancy, weak postural muscles, abnormally tight muscles, and high-heeled shoes. In addition, decreased flexibility, a poor work environment, incorrect working posture, and unhealthy sitting and standing habits can also contribute to poor body positioning.
To straighten your back or to have a good posture these are some tips:
-identify good posture in standing sitting and sleeping whenever you remember try to straight your back ,you can try to train for that using a wall or a chair or a mat ,you can scroll your straight back on a wall several times up and down several times in the day so that your back take the new posture.
Train your muscles to do the work. Exercises that strengthen the muscles across your upper back and shoulders will help you to maintain good posture. You don't need to develop a body builder physique—–it's more important to build "muscle memory" so that you unconsciously and naturally maintain correct posture without fatigue
DON'T lift heavy things and if you are exercising lifting then don't forget to bend your knees .
Do shoulder and back special exercise ,you can register in a GYM where there are many options to straighten your shoulder muscles and back and this will influence much on the good posture.
