I have watery stool (diarhea) but with no pain or cramps. What is difference between diarhea with pain and with no pain. SHall I be worried or I leave it alone or I take medications?

Dr. Elie Salem Pediatrics
No difference between the two types of diarrhea. You only need to take oral rehydration solution to accommodate for the fluids and electrolytes lost in stool. You SHOULDN'T take any medications to stop diarrhea because they are bad and may cause what we say " Toxic Megacolon. " If your diarrhea persist then i advise you to do stool analysis and culture to check whether you have bacterial enteritis or just simple viral gastroenteritis
