I have too much stomach gases How can I get rid of it?

Usually gases come from digestion of food in your intestinal tract. Salads and carbs are known to cause more gases. Constipation may as well increase gases.
So balancing your diet and having more physical activity are a good start. Some over the counter meds are also helpful, provided you only use them for a short duration.
