It is difficult to say if all of it was removed and this is the apparition of a new cyst. Are you sure it is on the same side?Dermoids have a very specific appearance on ultrasound. A septated cyst may have other characteristics (clear inside...). Maybe the ultrasound needs to be repeated to have more details on the new cyst to answer you concern properly.
