I have irritable bowel syndrome, albumine 6, 27 globulin 1, 7. Low globulin but everything else is normal. Total cholesterol 138 hdl 37 (low). Anything to worry about? Liver, kidney?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
If your irritable bowel syndrome pattern is diarrhea-dominant, then this explains the mildly decreased globulin level, and that is due to malabsorption. Causes of low globulin level include malnutrition, liver disease, or kidney disease. But in the absence of overt symptoms, these causes are unlikely. Additionally, seeing that your globulin level is just below the low threshold, it may be worth repeating to ensure this isn't lab error. Please make sure to discuss these options with your personal physician and follow up on your condition.
