I have high stress

Try to eliminate the cause of your stress if they are known and think in different things or to think in a different way towards the stressfull case .
give yourself time to relax far from all causes that increase your stress .
change your routine
it will be helpful to make a diary and write the stressfull points that contribute to your case and believe when you write or speak you will feel better
eat well balanced diet ,regular ,rich in vitamins such as fruits and vegetables beside food that increase immunity and strength to overcome all stress condition and face it ,don't miss any basic nutrient.
drink plenty of fluids and water ,nourishing your body makes you feel better .
exercise this will make you throw your negative energy inside to outside and give much relief ,beside regulating the hormones of stress .
-you can use also the stress ball during the day ,it will absorb your negative energy and make you focus on something else
-breath well in a well clean environment ,when stressed take deep breath from your nose and give it through your mouth this will make you relax
-stop smoking and all alcohol ,alcohol and smoking will increase your stress
-you can go to a psychiatric if nothing help in your stress to assess your condition and give you a medical treatments to relieve your condition .
