I have a daughter 8 years old , she cannot concentrate in class and even when she studies she forgets everything very fast. How can i help her? is it useful to give her omega 3 each day ?? thank u
Not really, though omega 3 may enhance memory function, I doubt it would be of use in her case. We may be looking at a form of attention deficit for which she requires a full evaluation by a specialist (there's a detailed questionnaire that you and the teacher should fill to confirm this).
