Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
Usually food allergy that cause itching ,it wil cause itching allover the body and not a specific area ,so if you have allergy from pepper ,pepper will probably cause a general itching not a vaginal itching
you may have recurrent candidiasis causing you the itching again or you might have not completed the treatment cause .
Other considerations :
-try to wear loose cotton underwear to protect from allergy you may have allergy to something you wear ,beside some tight clothes will give these symptoms too
-you may have an allergy to soaps or perfumes or douches ,avoid using them and use only water and see if the condition is better you may be having vulvovaginitis due to an allergy or bacterial ,..
-drink plenty of water dehydration may be associated with several symptoms including this .
-do you have burning sensation when urinating or frequently you go to toilet ,or lower abdominal pain you may have UTI (urinary tract infection )that may cause vaginal itching too ,due to urithritis
-do you have white vaginal discharge beside itching this might be candida
-do you have green discharge this might be trichomonas
-do you have any intestinal issue or the itching is wide and goes to the anal area you migh have pinworms
-high blood sugar may cause all over itching
-genital warts also contribute for the problem they may recur even if treated before .
other thing to know is that an order called GENERALIZED ANXIETY ORDER causes you itching without a cause but anxiety i mean psychologic cause
SO my advice is to check with your gynocologist to know if there is an infection to give the necessary treatment .
